Dr. Bramlett is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon.  He has been a practicing orthopedic surgeon for over 30 years and has performed over 30,000 orthopedic cases. Dr. Bramlett has always worked in the capacity of a designer, developer and innovator of orthopedic procedures and consultant for many global orthopedic vendors. He has developed and performs minimally invasive surgery of the hip, knee, shoulder, foot, and ankle conditions in athletes and arthritis patients globally.  His attention to joint preservation and intervention is his approach in order to assure the easy and safe recovery of his patients occurs with quick recovery and maximal function.

Dr. Bramlett has developed interventional surgical skills and self-directed prehabilitation/rehabilitation procedure programs that assure the safe recovery and successful outcomes of his patients. He was fortunate to receive maximal training and completed three surgical specialization fellowships in sports medicine, total joint surgery and arthritis reconstruction (See CV).   He has been recognized internationally for his patient outcomes and cost-effective results and has traveled globally educating others about surgical solutions.

Patients know Dr. Bramlett for his direct and focused clinic visits, engaged evaluations, short recovery time and minimally invasive surgical procedures. After 30 years Dr. Bramlett remains passionate  about his patientsoverall condition.  He loves his patients and his opportunity to work.  Getting to know each patient and their life stories is important to him.  What also is unique for him is that he personally interviews and examines each patient himself.  Before the patient leaves their initial visit, they will be armed with a plan of action.   Patients receive education and the tools necessary to focus on their injury, joint care preservation or recovery via the OrthoHealth Systems App (OHS) or written instructions to achieve maximum activity. It is all about getting well!

Most if not all of the procedures performed by Dr. Bramlett have been innovatively re-engineered to be delivered Minimally Invasive.  They have been made digitally available for education and review using the OHS App and via MyOrthopedicProblem.com.  Unlike most specialists he has the ability to evaluate and correct almost all conditions involving the extremities. 

Dr. Bramlett does not perform Neck or Spine operations; however, Dr. Bramlett coordinates those diagnoses with his Neurosurgeon partners to assure follow up and quality of care .

Unique to Dr. Bramlett’s education is that before becoming an orthopedic surgeon Dr. Bramlett worked his way through high school, college and medical school as a welder/iron worker. This afforded him the ability to work with multiple high-level work environments with various types of people.  Therefore he relates well with his patients.  He considers it probably one of the best educations he has received  in his life.  He knows pipelining to Harvard is quite a contrast and he wouldn’t have traded the opportunity for anything.  Over the years, Dr. Bramlett’s varied interests and accomplishments have provided him with a diverse background of knowledge and skills that lend him the unique ability solve problems to his orthopedic practice.  From his interest as a musician, pilot, polo player and outdoorsman he knows all of these disciplines have taught him plenty.

Dr. Bramlett has been happily married to his wife, Laurie for 30 years.   He is the proud father of 6 well accomplished adult children and he has one granddaughter NORA.
